NQA UK Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional who can infuse our business with fresh ideas and the passion to drive growth in the UK and Ireland markets.

Your role will be a remote based sale role. Working as an integral part of the UK Business Development team, you will spearhead sales activities, creating and capitalising on opportunites to boost our Certification and Training services. 

Your role will involve a mix of client engagement, strategic planning, and partnership development, ensuring every day brings a new challenge and an opportunity to make a significant impact.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Arrange and conduct sales meetings and presentations with clients across the UK both virtually and face to face.
  • Build positive relationships with new and existing clients to increase initial revenue and retention revenues.
  • You will support the Commercial Director with sales visits, exhibitios and events when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all enquiries, sales and transactions using Salesforce.
  • Support the Commercial Director with initiatives and activities supporting the consultant partnership programme to increase Consultant engagement.

Essential Requirements:

  • An ability to establish effective working relationships both internally and externally at a senior and working level.
  • Experience of business development in the TIC industry.
  • Results focussed and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Experience of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • An ability to understand and utilise financial and management information, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Experience of the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactical plans.
  • Full clean driving licence.
