NQA attended Lebalelo Water User Association's event celebrating their ISO certifications and NOSA 4-star grading.
NQA is thrilled to congratulate the Lebalelo Water User Association (LWUA) on their recent achievements in quality, environmental, and safety management.
During a formal ceremony on Thursday 23rd of October 2024, at their Modubeng headquarters, LWUA was awarded ISO certifications in Quality Management (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001), along with a NOSA 4-star grading. These certifications help LWUA drive operational excellence, demonstrating their commitment to quality, sustainability, and safety while reinforcing trust with stakeholders.
Our NQA team, Senior Lead Auditor Ernst Kamffer, who conducted the audit, and Certification Manager Eva Fjastad, were warmly welcomed at the event, and were inspired by LWUA’s integration of SHEQ principles into daily operations.
These certifications support businesses, like LWUA, by establishing systems that improve efficiency, reduce risks, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote a safer working environment. For LWUA, this commitment fosters resilience and responsible growth as they continue to bring safe water infrastructure to their region.
LWUA's recent certifications underscore their dedication to excellence, teamwork, and sustainable development, setting a strong example within the industry, which NQA is proud to support.
