ISO 20121 is the international standard for Event Sustainability Management Systems. It was initially published in 2012, in time for the London Olympic Games, and was most recently updated in 2024.

From sporting events to music festivals to business conferences, stakeholder expectations and supply chain requirements around the sustainability of the events management sector are growing quickly.
