After seven years, ISO 9001:2015 is well established in industry and many organisations.

With the familiarity of the standard, it can sometimes be difficult to keep sight of what the intent and purpose of a quality management system is and how it can become disconnected from the day to day operations of an organisation – quite often running alongside rather than complementing them.

We are going ‘back to basics’ on ISO 9001:2015 and will be taking a step back to refocus on the key points and what the standard is ultimately trying to achieve.
