What is your role?
As a Client Executive at NQA, my primary responsibility is to assist and support our existing clients while also helping to onboard new ones. I serve as the main point of contact for our customers, addressing any operational inquiries they may have and coordinating with our internal teams to ensure a positive experience. My role is centered around client satisfaction, and I genuinely enjoy building relationships and guiding clients through their certification journey.
Most memorable moment at work
One of my most memorable moments at NQA was receiving the email confirming that I had passed my first Lead Auditor course in Quality. The certificate and the congratulations from my colleagues made it a truly proud moment! It was a validation of all the hard work I had invested, and it deepened my passion for learning about the industry. Since then, I’ve completed several more courses, and while they can be challenging, the knowledge gained and the ability to apply it effectively makes it all worthwhile.
Your favourite thing about working for NQA
What I love most about working at NQA is the variety in the work. Every client has unique needs, which presents new challenges and opportunities daily, allowing me to continually develop new skills. I also value my colleagues—my team is incredibly supportive and passionate about what they do. Additionally, the training and growth opportunities make NQA an ideal place to build a career.

I believe what truly sets NQA apart from other certification bodies is the genuine care and attention we provide to our clients. We are committed to understanding each client’s unique needs and go the extra mile to ensure they feel supported throughout their journey.
Top tip for people looking at certification
Start by thoroughly understanding the requirements and scope of the certification you’re pursuing. Don’t hesitate to ask questions and seek guidance to ensure you’re on the right path. Also, view the certification journey as an opportunity for growth, not just a compliance task.
