Once payment has been made you’ll then hear from our training team with a virtual registration link
The NQA team will send you all the material you need prior to your course
Log in on the designated day(s) and experience a fully interactive and immersive training programme

"It was a real surprise to me how the course lived up to and surpassed expectations…I was not expecting this level of efficiency and communication at all from a remote tutorial. The interactivity was so good that when teamwork was given out it actually happened effectively and with intensity and focus. Intensity & focus because the use of webcams and meeting apps seemed to compress and contract time as well as keeping the usual ‘classroom’ distractions to a minimum. It will take a bit of getting used to for all of this to become second nature and for the small ‘glitches’ to be ironed out: e.g. a few minor moments where messages were not getting through due to connectivity and a number of us becoming uncontactable for minutes when we dropped out of the network. Types of NQA Training

Virtual - Our virtual courses are scheduled, tutor-led, online sessions. Delegates will join us on a Microsoft Teams link (you'll need a camera and audio options) and will receive copies of all course material via email prior to the start date. All interactions will take place in a structured online session which will include plenty of discussion and activity breaks. Delegates can be from any number of sectors and organisations.

**Please note that we encourage all our delegates sitting on virtual courses to have access to a webcam. This will enable you to interact with both the tutor and other course attendees.**
In-House - Our in-house courses are tutor-led training sessions that will take place at an agreed date and time and only members from inside your organisation can take part. The structure, activities and working examples can be tailored speciaifally to your organisation and knowledge base. This training is currently being held online only, due to COVID-19, however face-to-face in-house courses can resume when required once Government guidelines allow.
e-Learning - These are pre-recorded online short courses that delegates can participate in at a time that suits them. There is no live tutor or other delegates but rather videos, knowledge quizzes and engaging activities instead.
