Expand your auditing skills and achieve the recognised standard of CQI and IRCA for internal auditors. This two-day course takes an in-depth look at internal auditing and gives delegates the chance to gain a globally recognised qualification.
**Please note that we encourage all our delegates sitting on virtual courses to have access to a webcam. This will enable you to interact with both the tutor and other course attendees.**
Course aims
The aim of this course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of an energy management system based on ISO 50001 (or equivalent), and report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011.
This course will give delegates the skills and experience to successfully complete the CQI and IRCA Internal Auditor assessment and potentially progress to achieve Lead Auditor status.
It is recommended that, as a minimum, delegates familiarise themselves with their own EnMS and in particular, their own internal audit procedure (should they have one) prior to attending the course. Consideration should be given to our ISO 50001 Essentials E-Learning course to gain an understanding of the standard.

What else do I need to know?

Dress code - Smart casual - your cameras will be switched on and delegates and tutors will be able to interact with each other.

Breaks - There will regular time slots allocated during your course for refreshment/restroom breaks.

Proof of attendance - You will be sent a certificate of attendance following your training.

What to have with you - We recommend that you have a copy of the relevant standard with you on the day to reference. You will receive a digital copy of all necessary materials before the course starts so please ensure you have access to these on the day and contact us if you have not received them.
