The Feed-in Tariffs (Coronavirus) Order 2020

Amends: The Feed-in Tariffs Order 2012 (SI 2012/2782) as amended
Comes into force: 30th September 2020
Jurisdiction: England, Scotland, Wales
Extensions are provided for certain small-scale renewable electricity generators to apply for accreditation under the Feed-In Tariffs scheme (“FIT scheme”).
ROO-FIT scale installations, whose preliminary accreditation validity period would have ended on or after 1st March 2020 and Microgeneration Certification Scheme scale community energy installations that pre-registered between 1st March 2019 and 31st March 2019 are given additional time to commission and apply for accreditation.
