• The Energy Information Regulations 2011

After the UK withdrew from the EU, the UK retained many pieces of EU law that would still be needed after the withdrawal. This amendment amends two pieces of these retained EU pieces of law that relate to ecodesign and energy labelling to avoid technical discrepancies with their equivalent legislation in force within the EU. These changes include the removal of references that are no longer in force in Great Britain, the updating of dates that are listed in the EU law and wording changes to keep them consistent with their EU equivalent.
