These Regulations enact: The Water Resources (Scotland) Act 2013, s.33.

When does this change take place: 1st January 2017

This Order brings into force, on 1st January 2017, section 33 (which makes provision in relation to notification of occupancy) of the Water Resources (Scotland) Act 2013 (“the Act”).The owner of the premises must give the water or sewerage services provider the required information if there is a change in occupancy.
