Amends/Commences: The Renewables Obligation Order 2015
Comes into force: 31st March 2021
Jurisdiction: England and Wales
Changes are made to when mutualisation is enforced. Mutualisation is now triggered when debt equals or exceeds a threshold of 1% of the forecasted annual cost of the Scheme for the obligation year in question.
