Comes into force: 6th August 2024

The period when amendment notices can be issued is extended to include the periods where registered building control approvers are able to supervise high-risk building work.
This is only relevant high-risk building work where an initial notice was submitted before 1st October 2023 and the work was sufficiently progressed by 6th April 2024.
