The Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes (Scotland) Order 2022

Amends/Commences: 

• The Environment Protection Act 1990

Comes into force: 9^th March 2022
 
Jurisdiction: Scotland
 
These Regulations enable Scottish Ministers to provide financial assistance to the following:

• Regional land use partnerships.

• Schemes, programmes or organisations that assess greenhouse gas emissions from land.

• Schemes, programmes or organisations that assess biodiversity supported by land.

• Schemes, programmes or organisations that assess soil quality.
