Impartiality Policy

Issued under the authority of NQA Certification Ltd

1. It is the policy of BM TRADA to operate its business in accordance with the guiding principles of impartiality, competence, responsibility, openness, confidentiality and responsiveness.

2. BM TRADA manages conflicts of interest and ensures objectivity of its product, personnel, supply chain and management systems certification activities.

3. An independent impartiality board is established to advise and renew policies and audit results related to impartiality, in order to counteract and commercial or other considerations that may prevent the
consistent objective provision of certification services to advise on matter concerning confidence, openness and public perception and to review performance.

4. Compliance with this policy and achievement of objectives will inspire confidence in all interested parties in the value, integrity, credibility and trust of certificates issues by BM TRADA.

5. The objectives on BM TRADA are to establish, promote and operate systems for certifying that client’s systems, products, operations, services or personnel conform with relevant national, international or other
standard or regulation, which is agrees between the Company and the client.

6. The company is committed to provide and maintain a high quality, professional, impartial and cost-effective service, which meets the requirements of all the relevant standards, normative documents and specifications as
required by the accreditation authorities. The Board of Directors have the ultimate authority and responsibility to ensure the effective operation of the company’s management system by ensuring the appropriate resources are available and deployed.

7. All personnel are committed to understanding this policy, complying with the principles and documentation and maintaining continued competence.
