I have a number of memorable moments, but the one that stands out the most was when I was working in Kazakhstan and Miami. I was asked to bring in satisfactory understanding to client’s needs and expectations in different countries. I love travelling so visiting new countries to carry our audits always is a memorable moment for me.

I believe that the greatest benefit gained from ISO Certification is when standards being relevant to obtain contracts and to have happy customers, that always help to bring a smile to my face.

Keep it simple and relevant to the audit-This is the most important tip, I could give all my clients. Too often, clients get caught up on the minor details and then miss the point. Therefore, I remind them all by saying: keep it simple and it will make sense.
